What to submit
Identify the sentence, why it is inaccurate or misleading, the primary evidence and any relevant product, entity, market or date scope. Do not send account credentials or unnecessary personal data.
Assessment
The editor preserves the original text, checks the cited record and any newer authoritative evidence, seeks a second view for material disputes and records the decision.
Outcomes
A material error receives a visible correction. A clarification explains the scope without implying the original fact was false. A product update receives a dated change entry.
Fairness
A reviewed organisation may challenge accuracy and context but cannot buy or demand a favourable conclusion. Reader and platform submissions use the same evidential test.
